The only thing worse than hiring the wrong employee is hiring the wrong leader. And yet is happens more often than not. The best leaders are humble...it really makes a difference. Majority of the ones I see or read about these days are anything but. Why is it that we continue to promote the narcissistic approach to leadership as the best one? Manfred F.R.
